Lower Primary

  Ages: 5 to 8 years | Reception to Year 3

School Hours: 7:15 AM – 1:15 PM (Saturday – Wednesday)

 Our Lower Primary programme is designed to provide a holistic and nurturing educational experience for children aged 5 to 8. Our curriculum focuses on the development of Executive Functional skills essential for lifelong learning and personal success.

Key Focus Areas:

Instilling strong moral and ethical values through comprehensive education focusing on character, confidence and competency building in every child.

Languages:

Af-Soomaali: Enhancing proficiency in the Somali language to preserve cultural heritage.

English and Arabic: Building a strong foundation in English and Arabic languages for global citizenship, access to information and for other engagements.

Mathematical Concepts

Introducing basic mathematical principles and reasoning skills.

Life Skills

Modelling essential life skills to promote independence and social interaction.

Health and Hygiene

Emphasizing the importance of personal health and hygiene practices.

Computing & Technology:

 Providing early exposure to technology and computing skills. 

Learn safe use of technology, typing skill,  searching the internet for information, 

using applications age-appropriate applications such as Painting, and introducing simple HTML programming at Year 2.
